1. The Service

Beaver1600 is an AI-assisted SAT preparation service. It provides practice questions, explanations, progress tracking, and an AI tutor you can chat with to help you study for the SAT. The Service is provided for educational purposes and is a study aid, not a substitute for your own preparation and judgment.

2. Your Account

To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at dula@fuainc.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Age & Parental Consent

You must be at least 13 years old to use Beaver1600. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or under the age of majority where you live), you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service. By using Beaver1600, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
  • Share your account or use another person’s account without permission;
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others;
  • Use the AI tutor to generate content that is harmful, harassing, or unrelated to legitimate SAT preparation; or
  • Use automated means to scrape, copy, or overload the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Beaver1600 is free during early access. Paid subscription tiers will be introduced in the future, and we will provide notice before any charges apply. When paid tiers become available, the applicable pricing, billing terms, and cancellation options will be presented to you before you subscribe, and additional terms may apply.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Beaver1600 is a study tool designed to help you prepare. We do not guarantee any particular score, score improvement, or admission outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and study habits. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, so you should verify important information independently.

7. College Board Disclaimer

SAT is a trademark of the College Board, which does not endorse this product. Beaver1600 is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the College Board or any other testing organization. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, content, and branding (excluding third-party trademarks), is owned by Beaver1600 and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial SAT preparation. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a license to use it as needed to operate and improve the Service consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beaver1600 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [State], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
